Malkioni views on marriage, miscegenation, and adultery Submitted by GianniVacca on Sun, 23/12/2012 – 09:40
I am writing a scenario set in the mixed Malki-Umathing society of Second Age Umathela, and I need information on the following:
– What is the Malkioni view on inter-caste and inter-ethnic marriage? Frowned upon? Forbidden?
– What is the Malkioni view on adultery?
thx

Depends on the school of Malkionism. Among the Rokari, women belong to their father’s caste and marriage to a different caste is usually considered concubinage, not proper marriage. Among the Brithini, women form a fifth caste and thus ALL marriages are inter-caste.
Marriage to barbarians is always a bad thing, but it also happens. It is a source of lament for the woman forced to marry a barbarian, and tragedy for the man who takes a barbarian wife.
