Runes: Air 80%, Movement 65%, are either or both at 90%.
Passions: Honor 90%, and Devotion (Orlanth), Loyalty (Orlanth temple), are either or both 90%.
Skills: That three of following are at 90%, Battle, Climb, Orate, Ride, Scan, Sing, Speak (Stormspeech), and Worship (Orlanth).

Knowledge Temple founding
Does that mean that the Knowledge Temple was founded in 1521 and, then, became a great temple in 1525? Or that the first date (1521) is a typo?
Looking briefly at the history of the Library, Jonstown was founded in 1480 by Sartar. We can assume that Lhankor Mhy worship expanded through minor (150), to major (450) temple sizes from 1480. Then by 1521 the temple needed rebuilding to accommodate more scholars (750) with Eonistaran (1496-1582) gathering the sages of the land. Work was completed in 1525.
Note that one of the date references comes from the first edition Glorantha Sourcebook, the source is not in the second edition.
