The East Isles will be detailed to the same level as every where else – we’ll have every human settlement of 1000 people or more on the map (small cities and more), plus the same scale map as Genertela and Pamaltela. There will be more than enough information to start a campaign there.
One thing I think we tend to forget about the East Isles is its size. And its population. And its diversity. And that it lets you have martial arts pirates fight against samurai. And demons.
As a practical matter, we aren’t going to go east of the old lozenge and get the islands of east Vithela. Just like we aren’t mapping the full extent of the Nargan Desert or the Burning Marshes. At a certain point, the book and the maps need to be completed.
