The table below lists the runes that people chose to grace the front cover of their copy of the HeroQuest limited hardcover edition. Some are old favorites, others may be more surprising. The runes are listed in order of popularity (most number of books with that rune ordered). When there are two or more runes with the same number, they are listed in alphabetical order.
You will note that there are only 208 copies of the limited edition accounted for, but a total of 209 were sold or were created for Issaries, Inc. One rune shall remain a mystery for now; we will award that copy of the HeroQuest limited hardcover edition to the winner of a “Name that Rune” contest later this year.
