Just as New Pavis attracted settlers and exiles from Dragon Pass fleeing from the Lunar Empire, so did Sun County in Prax. Although Yelmalio is neutral towards the Seven Mothers, the cult is Hostile towards the Red Goddess. In addition, there has been a sporadic flow of Yelmalio cultists from Dragon Pass to Prax ever since Dorasor and Varthanis came to Prax around 1550. Some came because of feuds (especially that early first wave of settlers) but others came seeking adventure or in the service of their god.
From distant Prax, some two weeks away from the great Sun Dome Temple, the golden temple of Monrogh must seem to gleam like the Sun.
