Master Maps of Central Genertela

So these are the “master maps” for RQ – series of poster size maps that go from the Crater to Vultures Country, from the Elf Sea to Maniria. The scale is 1 cm = 5 km.

Now this gives me a great feel for central Genertela. Everything here would be “on the radar” of a reasonably curious or knowledgeable adventurer. Obviously the further away from home the more fuzzy your knowledge would be (unless you’d visited it already or have other ties to that locale) – click to enlarge.

So let’s put some real world comparisons here. Prax – the southeastern four sheets – is about the size of the Mojave Desert in California and Nevada. If you’ve ever done the drive from LA to Vegas, you have a feel for the size of Prax. The Holy Country is maybe about half the size of that – roughly comparable to the size of the whole San Francisco Bay Area and environs.

These are print-outs of the actual master documents, which are all on tracing paper. But the tracing paper doesn’t photograph well on my brown floor!
