The “Larnstings” are those that focus on Orlanth/Mastakos’ changing/movement abilities. Main cults are Orlanth Adventurous and Mastakos. Many have heroquested to gain additional powers associated with the Movement (Change) Rune. Sartar is a good example – he participated in the Tournament of the Masters of Luck and Death and gained some pretty remarkable magics associated with that Rune.
Remember, Larnste the Soul Arranger was there in the Holy Country – he saw a squirming thing and tried to squash it with his foot but it bit him and his poisoned blood made the Foulwoods.
