Many nomads follow Argrath into Dragon Pass, and some bring their herds along with them. You end up with herds in Donalf Flats, Bush Ranges, Donalf Flats, etc. Argrath often has to adjudicate between nomad and farmer.
Many other nomads follow Argrath and Jaldon into Dragon Pass, only to return after the campaign.
As these campaigns continue, we end up with nomad herds in Saird and southern Peloria, just like in the First Age.
It is likely useful for the King of Dragon Pass to encourage nomadic bands and their herds to graze in southern Peloria.
