- Most Gloranthan stars are holes in the Sky Dome. They’re lit by the campfires of star gods and goddesses whošve built their personal strongholds around individual holes. T
- The “star” called Zenith, which always remains exactly in the same place on the Sky Dome (instead of moving clockwise like the rest of the stars), is actually a dwarf observation balloon. The “zenith” referred to was the peak of the trajectory of dwarven missiles aimed at a foe in the First Age; the dwarves in the observation balloon sent launch corrections down to their comrades at high-plateau launch pads. - Nick Brooke created a computer program that shows the Gloranthan sky moving through the hours of the night, season by season. T
- There is only one moon in the Gloranthan sky, but it regularly changes color. B
