Uleria is perhaps the single easiest cult to join. The cult holds that EVERYONE is already a lay member. Anyone can freely worship Uleria.
And to become an initiate anyone can join as long as they are not Chaotic.
Aa a result, Uleria doesn’t have “Associated Cults” because it views everyone as associated because everyone needs and has the potential of love.
Except for Chaos. That’s just no good. No love there.
