Pavis is a Large City…

It is easy to forget that Pavis is actually a Large City, with several parts:

• New Pavis – some 6,000 inhabitants.
• Troll Stronglands – some 2,500 inhabitants
• Manside – some 1,500 inhabitants
• The Garden – some 1000 inhabitants
• The rest of the Rubble – another 1125 or so inhabitants.

That actually makes Pavis larger than Boldhome.
