Here’s a little chart I put together to help people answer the question – How Good Is My Skill?
0%: You don’t possess the skill and cannot even attempt to use it.
5% to 20%: Beginner. Barely trained. Success is rare and usually requires ideal conditions.
25% to 45%: Amateur. You can handle everyday tasks but still usually fail under pressure.
50% to 70%: Competent. Reliable day-to-day performer. You succeed most of the time in normal or moderately stressful situations.
75% to 85%: Highly Skilled. You perform well under significant pressure and are the “go-to” person for tough jobs. You may need to be highly skilled in specific skills in order to become a Rune Priest of your cult.
90% to 100%: Master. You are a master of this skill and can teach others and are widely respected (or feared) for your competence. You need to master many specific skills in order to become a Rune Lord of your cult.
