good travel the whole time and the the nice thing about the royal road is first off it’s straight

place there’s even wells at at regular places you know places

where you can get water and there are ends i think a day apart too for the whole road there is there is there you actually have

two options for ends at about a kilometer 20. you could go

or you could go up into the mount uh off the road a bit to the broad view inn

or you could go to the engine inn that’s associated with the local earth temple the broad view inn is up in the mountains

and it’s supposed to have this beautiful view it’s like a um uh philip you’d be used to this

it’s it’s like the um the the rest stations that you have up

in the alps you know i vote we go there because i mean one thing of course that

i miss or that Kulbrast misses here is you know the the wide view because it’s all very sort of

enclosed and mountainy so that would be nice i’m okay going there too it gives you

more up and down hills for my exercise it keeps you going

so the broad view inn is high up on turn vecca mountain you see you guys basically go and

there’s there’s a a sign and a a

path that takes you up on the mountain and you guys head up and head up and head up to tw

about 2100 meters okay that is that is a loss

and it’s actually there it’s not really a traveler’s inn it’s there is a shelter

and an inn for orlanthy pilgrims traveling to the shrine on quiven mountains and uh but the inn

was built and maintained by the uh the princes of our of sartar it has a small shrine to

orland adventurous but oh my gosh guys the view

is just amazing you know you get this beautiful view you’re high up in the mountains there is

there’s there’s beer and uh you know uh um

you’re able to get a stew and whatnot here it’s really uh at the very least

hut you mean that yeah it’s an alpine spot with food and places to sleep okay

yeah there are actually four uh there’s a group of four pilgrims that are here and their amount

to make the pilgrimage up to the top of co of queven peak they’re Orlanth uh Orlanth worshipers

they had pledged to make a sacrifice and offering um uh to the god

of mount uh the god atop mountains which is no doubt one of the titles of

um but they are because they they’re they’re pilgrims but they’re not you know this isn’t like pilgrims

heading off to the holy land or whatnot these are these are folk that are off to go to some

shrine way high up in the mountains how far is it is it one day’s travel up the mountain

it is a yeah it’s a full day’s um there’s a path that goes

from here through the mountains up to the top of queven peak that they point out quiven is the half-brother of orland
