Dragonewts in Maniria

In Maniria, there is a Dragonewt City in the Ryzel Hills, with its own Inhuman King. Dragonewt parties can be found throughout Maniria; normally they are neutral towards those they encounter, but in the hills near their city, they hunt and kill intelligent intruders.

The relationship between Ryzel and Dragon’s Eye is unknown. From time to time a dragonewt caravan, with dinosaur, demibirds, and more led by a Full Priest, makes its way across Maniria from Dragon Pass.
