Could the Kolating, for example, “normally” bind a Truth spirit into a charm? Is the answer: Yes if he can find one, yes but with some difficulty/as a stretch, or No, he can only deal with spirits closely aligned to the society’s tradition (as denoted by the Seven Winds groupings) for the purposes of making charms?
