Guide to Glorantha Preorder discussion

For those that have pre-ordered a Guide package, what is the ETA for the PDFs? And what would be the vector of delivery?

@Chlodoweg: As soon as you log in to the KS website and go to the GtG page, it shows your level on the right hand side. If you don’t have the log in date, you should ask the person that made you such a fantastic present.

We are working on that as I type. The PDFs are actually ready, it is just getting all the IDs verified, etc.

on the home page is written that orders outside the US are sent to Europe for fullfillment. Does this mean that orders to countries within the EU are fulfilled from within the EU?

Yes. Orders to countries within the EU will be fulfilled by Pegasus Spiele.

I’m wondering if it would be cheaper to get the Guide at Gen Con. Is the price it will be sold there even known yet?

Sean: Kickstarter backers had to pay for their upgrades and add-ons during the Kickstarter. This was announced and explained several times via various updates. We did mention that we would allow people to purchase things later as well, and that’s where the pre-orders come in.

The biggest difference is that we absolutely cannot afford to not charge actual current shipping rates for anything purchased after the Kickstarter closed.

Stupid question – My preorder is “processing” – what does that mean?
Is it “we’ve successfully received your request and are currently working on it, or it’s in the queue”? Or is it “we’re processing your request, it’s not in the queue yet”?

@disenchanter it means that we are in the process of fulfilling your order. Waiting for hardcopy to arrive so it can be dispatched, and/or getting the download process ready for PDF download. Once done your order will change to completed.

I’ve ordered the pre-order bundle, before I set-up the account. I’ve used same email address, will I be able to use this account for the order to get the pdf when it’s ready?

I didn’t have an account registered when I pre-ordered, but I used the same email address. Will there be any problems with getting my PDFs?

Like a couple others here, I also pre-ordered without having an existing account on glorantha.com. Just got the email telling me the PDFs could be downloaded from my account. I made an account with the same email address used to place the order, but nothing at all shows on the My Account page the email said the downloads would be on. This really doesn’t seem like a good way to handle something like this.
