Shop – whos managing it?

Hello.

I ordered the 3 available Gloranthan Classics books (+ pdf’s which I already can download) 2 weeks ago and the status of the order has been “processing” since. I used the ‘contact the customer service’ thingie last friday(?) but no-one hasn’t replied anything.

2 weeks feels a long time for a small(?) shop like this to be processing orders. So should I just keep waiting or perhaps contact someone directly?

(Yeah I know, the Guide & the Atlas eat away lots of time but are all three (Rick, Jeff & Neil?) so tied up to the project that they can’t take care of the shop?)
