Pre-Order Physical Book ETA?

I’m just curious, when are the physical books going out to customers who pre-ordered as opposed to contributed to the kickstarter? I’m really enjoying reading the PDF but I really would like to get my hands on the books themselves.

I just wanted to apologize for this post: I just read the kickstarter update that was posted on Thursday, and I didn’t realize that every shipment had to be put in by hand and all the other variables. I really appreciate all the hard work you guys are putting into this, and I totally understand that right now you’re super busy. Carry on.
