My copy says, on the contents page, “Player Handouts and Extras 240”, but page 240 is the index. There don’t in fact seem to be any Player Handouts. Are they available as some kind of errata?

In the Book, they are a separate booklet that is unattached.
In the PDF go to page 257, the back cover. The Player handouts start after that – PDF pages 259-270.October 13, 2013 at 5:59 pm #6080David EmpeySpectatorBook. I don’t think I got a separate booklet, unless I accidentally threw it away with the wrapping or something. It’s not really a big deal since I have both the 1st edition and Griffin Island, but I was wondering.

We will make the Griffin Mountain Handouts available as a free PDF on this website shortly. The handouts were always included in the orders I shipped, although sometimes a Game Store or similar reseller did not include them, for reasons beyond my control. I don’t know the circumstances of your purchase, so it is difficult to say more.
One thing that is worth mentioning is that the handouts are 12 pages of repeated material. They contain nothing new that isn’t in the book, but they are a nice thing to have. I can mail you a copy of them, as I have spares, but if I have to post them outside of the United States or Canada I will have to charge you postage.
Regards,

Thanks for your very quick replies. After so many years I certainly can’t and don’t expect you to know what happened, and it’s entirely possible that I’ve just mislaid the handouts. But I *think* I didn’t receive them. In any case, if you could send copies to me I’d appreciate it. I’ve emailed by mailing address to you.October 15, 2013 at 6:52 am #6102David EmpeySpectator*my* mailing address… !#@$%
