King of Sartar illiteracy era marks

Reading through my copy of the excellent new ISS4001 “King of Sartar” volume, I notice it seems to be missing the illiteracy era marks that used to appear at the end of “The Sacred Kings” addendum to the Composite History of Dragon Pass (p. 134 of the new edition). Does anyone know if this is significant in some way, or more of a printing omission, or have I simply failed to spot their new location?

I’m not going to ditch my old copy or throw my toys from the pram whatever – just curious.
