I’m a bit confused regarding God Time, Gods’ Age, Dreamtime or what have you. Is this considered the same as the Golden Age?

Depending on the culture, the parts of the God Time vary. For the Orlanthi/Theyalan cultures, the God Time is made up of:
Then there is the Dawn, where the sun rose and time started, ending the God Time.
