I’m paring down my collection and clearing out all the items that I’ve decided I just won’t use as well as duplicates that have piled up. That happens to be a large number of items…

Let’s try to answer some common questions…

1. Why are you selling your collection?
I’m not. I’m just paring down. This (ridiculously) is maybe a 20% cull. I’d really like to get these boxes emptied and get my dining room back. 🙂

2. What condition is everything in? Is it complete?
Condition varies widely. Almost everything is in at least very good condition, and complete. Exceptions will be noted. I will pull any item you are interested in and double check it, to give you an assessment of condition. I can provide pictures of items as well.

THIS LEADS TO ONE VERY IMPORTANT POINT: PLEASE TELL ME WHAT CONDITION YOU ARE SEEKING, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN MANY ITEMS! IF I PULL FIFTY ITEMS FOR YOU, AND THEN YOU TELL ME THAT YOU WANT ONLY PERFECT IN ORIGINAL SHRINKWRAP CONDITION, THEN THAT’S LIKELY A WASTE OF EVERYONE’S TIME.

3. What are you looking for in trade?
My trade list is pretty small, but you may find something. PM me and I’ll happily send it to you. There are old and new, expensive and not items on there (just like the items I’m trading!), so there could be something collecting dust on your shelf.

4. How will you accept payment?
Paypal. Or if you happen to be local (I’m in San Francisco, CA, USA), then we can discuss other options.

5. How will you ship?
In the USA, priority mail. This is slightly negotiable, but I don’t generally stock boxes, so media mail is rarely an option.

Internationally, any way you’d like as long as it can be tracked and insured – those two points are mandatory.

6. Can you pack things safely?
Yes. I’m a frequent buyer, and I don’t like getting damaged items either.

7. What if I’m unhappy with an item? Can I return it?
If I made a mistake (in grading, for example), I will happily accept a return. Otherwise, I’m sorry, no.

8. You haven’t gotten back to me yet!
I’m posting this on a few forums, and I have many items listed. Please be patient, as I imagine I’ll have some amount of interest. I got your message and I will get back to you!

9. You posted this in the middle of the night, and I’m just seeing it now!
Don’t worry. This isn’t exactly first come, first serve. I understand time zones and that sometimes people sleep. I’ll prioritize based on previous trading partners and large orders first. If you take some time to look through everything and consider, a delay likely won’t hurt you.

10. Hey, there are no prices on that spreadsheet!
True. Make a fair offer. If I like it, I’ll accept it. If not, we’ll discuss it. For some high demand items, I may let a couple offers come in unless someone wows me.

11. I have more questions!
