One of the many strong points of HeroQuest is the Community Resource rules written by Robin Laws. This allows your community to play an important role in your campaign. Sartar: Kingdom of Heroes strongly supports a community-centered game (and the Colymar Campaign is a clan-centered campaign). If you are running a community-centered campaign, it is helpful to have a “character sheet” for the community. So the Sartar book will include a clan profile sheet. Again, Matthew Cole put this together with feedback from Robin Laws and others. Here’s the current draft.
